Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about Curo, your website and your plan.

Questions

Anything else? Book a demo and we’ll walk you through it.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. You type what you want changed in plain English, or click on your page and edit it directly. There’s a short tour the first time you sign in, and that’s it.

What if Curo Assistant gets something wrong?

Nothing goes live until you approve it. Each change is highlighted on your page so you can accept or reject it, ask for a tweak, or undo it after publishing.

Can it break my design?

No. Curo only changes your content — words, prices, photos and list items. Your layout and styling are locked. Signature clients can also adjust colours and fonts, within the limits of their design.

What is a credit?

Credits are what Curo Assistant uses. A standard edit uses one, bigger jobs use a few more, and you’re only charged when you approve a change. Editing by hand never uses credits.

Who builds my website?

Numeris Digital designs and builds your site, then sets it up on Curo for you. From then on, you and your team can keep it up to date yourselves.

How many people can use it?

As many as you like, on every plan. Give each person the right role, and see exactly who changed what in your activity log.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your website stays live and manual editing keeps working. After a 7-day grace period, Curo Assistant pauses until payment is sorted.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, and anything you made with higher-plan features stays live.

Your website, always up to date.
